It was a weekend of wine regions at Monoron in Kiskunság, where a new music festival is also starting

After a two-year forced break, the Wine Regions weekend was held again in Monoro, where a new music festival will also be launched. They wanted to do this in 2020, but the epidemic intervened.

After a forced absence of two years, the Wine Regions weekend was again organized on Monoro, in the northern tip of the Kunság wine region. At the event, which was held for the tenth time, the guests, who had never before been so many at the most well-known event in the city of a thousand cellars, were again awaited with a full range of programs.

The weekend of the Wine Regions began with the parade of Hungarian wine orders, and then continued with the presentation of the city's wine and the presentation of the wine order. The title "Wine of the Year Monoron" was awarded in 2022 by the Kékfrankos Rosé Pearl Wine of Strázsahegyi Borház.

The guests could mainly choose from the Kunság wine region (from Bács-Kiskun County, Font Pincészet - Soltvadkert, and Sinkovicz és Kiss Winery - Tabdi), but of course other Hungarian wine regions were also represented. 

If you missed it, you can make up for it next year, because the organizers have already started preparing for the 2023 event.
