The harvest of corn and grapes is a traditional holiday in the village of Žitište, which will be held in 2022 between September 16 and 18. The organizer of the joint celebration organized with the support of the Zrenjanin Regional Chamber of Commerce, the local community of Banatsko Karađorđevo is also preparing a rich cultural, gastronomic, artistic and entertainment program during the harvest. In the "Mirko Vučurević" stadium, the municipal cross-country competition of the schools of the Žitište village will be held during the day, while the guests will be entertained by a vintage ball in the evening part of the program.
